SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
We're happy to offer complimentary free standard shipping on all orders sent to our customers!
Where do you ship?
Innovate & Decorate ships to street addresses within the continental U.S. and internationally to select locations. Please note, due to the nature of our carriers, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you don't see a shipping option for your country at checkout, please contact us at info@innovateanddecorate.com to inquire about those international orders.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes! Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You'll receive another email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you have an account with us, you can log in at any time to view your order history and status.
If you place an order for multiple items, they may each arrive in their own box. If you place an order online for multiple products, we will try to consolidate boxes to the best extent possible. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via FedEx and delivered right to your front door. FedEx delivers Tuesday through Saturday and does not schedule appointments. Innovate & Decorate also uses DHL, UPS, TNT, USPS and similar services as our default international delivery option. Orders will be shipped and delivered right to your front door where permitted.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been placed, usually delivery is within 7-10 business days. International orders may see a greater lead time due to a Customs delay.
ORDERS + RETURNS
The item I want is sold out. When will it be available?
We work with artisans from around the world. Many of our items are made to order. If an item you love is sold out, you can enter your email address on the product page to be notified as soon as it's back in stock.
ORDER CANCELATIONS
Once an order is placed it can’t be canceled. Most of Innovate & Decorate’s products are handmade by artisans from all over the world. So as soon as we get your order request we start production of your items. Therefore, we have already invested into the ink, transfer paper, materials, and the workforce time specifically for your order. Due to this it is sadly too late to make any changes to or cancel your orderonce placed.Please make sure your order is correct before checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your new decor!
We accept returns on most items with the exception of custom, and sale items, within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in new, unused, unaltered condition for a return. All sale items, custom orders (including but not limited to, Art Gallery Wall Art), items marked as final sale and used items are not eligible for returns. Please note that there is a FINAL SALE ON MARKDOWN ITEMS. We happily offer full refunds on regular priced items.
To start a return, please email info@innovateanddecorate.com with the reason for your return, your name and order number. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

You must return the unused, non-personalized, unaltered product to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return, and you must pay for the return shipping of the items to our nominated address:

Although, we do not offer exchanges we happily accept the return of an item for a refund or replacement.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@innovateanddecorate.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, your name and clear photos of the damage on a flat surface so we can help you as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be replaced free of charge. If your order arrives to you damaged or with a manufacturing issue we will happily offer a refund or send you a replacement of the original product.
Manufacturer faults cover scratches on the product, stitching issues and hemming issues. We, the manufacturer, will decide what falls under manufacturer faults.
Complaints must be notified to us within fourteen days of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, within seven days time after the goods were due to arrive.
Can I apply multiple discounts to my order?
Our promotions and discount codes cannot be combined or stacked. Only one discount can be applied per order.
Please note that we are sorry we cannot retrospectively add any discount or promo codes to an order after it has been placed. It has to be done automatically prior to submitting your order. If you have forgotten to add a promotional discount to your order I&D will not be able to add this afterwards.

Can Innovate & Decorate wallpaper be installed in bathrooms?
Our wallpaper can be installed in bathrooms, even in rooms with showers and tubs or around sinks and toilets.
