- Refer a Friend: Give a friend a $20 off coupon, and you'll get $20 off coupon when they make their first purchase.

Terms and conditions
-Points are not earned: on fees, or sales tax
-Points expire 30 days after issuance.
-We must have your current address and you must not have opted out of receiving marketing mail from I&D as of the date we prepare Birthday mailings.
-I&D may change or terminate the program at its discretion.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Jersey state law, without reference to its conflicts of law doctrine, as such law is applied to agreements entered in to and performed entirely within such jurisdiction
Termination of or Change in Program:
Subject to applicable law, I&D may terminate the Program at any time, which may result in loss of accumulated points and the cancellation of all benefits and privileges associated with the Program. Points are not your property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited, or modified at any time, even though such action may affect a Member’s use of previously accumulated points. Additionally, subject to applicable law, I&D reserves the right to limit, delete or change any of the rules, terms, conditions, and benefits of the Program at its sole discretion. Interpretation of these Terms shall be at the sole discretion of I&D whose decision will be final.
Except as otherwise described in these Terms or otherwise prohibited by applicable law, If you voluntarily cancel your Membership, then we will terminate your Membership, and you will forfeit any accumulated points or rewards.
Points within the I&D V.I.P. Loyalty Rewards Program have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They have no value whatsoever outside of the Program. If you believe there was an error in the points applied to your account, you must contact us within thirty (30) days from the date the points should have been earned at info@innovateanddecorate.com . I&D is not obligated to correct errors after this 30-day period.
I&D will not be held liable for any failure to issue points to your account in a timely manner, nor is it responsible for points lost due to fraudulent, unauthorized, or other unacceptable use.
Other ProgramTerms:
Any tax liability resulting from the receipt or use of I&D rewards or benefits is your sole responsibility. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Unless otherwise provided by law, points and rewards are non-transferable and may not be combined with points from other accounts or memberships. The sale, trading, auction, or other transfer of points or rewards is strictly prohibited.
I&D reserves the right to audit accounts at any time to validate point-earning activities and reward redemptions. In the event of circumstances beyond I&D’s control, such as computer failures, strikes, acts of God, or civil disturbances, which could materially affect our ability to operate the Program, we may suspend or terminate the Program without prior notice
Release of Information:
By participating in the Program, you consent to the release of your personal information to third parties as necessary for the Program’s operation. You are responsible for notifying I&D of any changes to your name, address, email, or phone number associated with your account. You can update your information by calling our customer service line or writing to us. I&D is not liable for notices sent to an outdated email address if you fail to provide your current one.
